Oatmeal went camping this weekend and experienced so many firsts all at once.

A life jacket.
A boat ride.
Fishing trips.
Lake water splashes.
Walks bigger than the backyard.
A hammock nap.
Campfire cuddles.

She played hard, slept deeply, and soaked up every second of being our little adventure buddy.

Watching foster dogs discover the world for the very first time never gets old. The soft moments, the sleepy cuddles, and the little sparks of confidence growing with every new experience… it’s magic.

Every new sound, smell, and experience is a big deal for a foster puppy, which means extra care too. Foster dogs always adventure safely: always leashed and closely supervised.
